Period.RequirementsAbout This RoleAs Armory scales, we need a Financial Controller who can own the numbers, systems, and financial strategy with precision and judgement. This is not bookkeeping; this is building the financial backbone of a high-growth defence-tech startup.You will work directly with founders and the leadership team, ensuring that every rupee is tracked, every risk assessed, and every financial decision aligns with business priorities.This role is strategic, hands-on, and requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and elevates the finance function beyond compliance.Must Have6-12 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with 3–5 years in startups or high-growth companiesStrong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementHands-on experience with statutory compliance, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other regulatory requirementsExperience with financial systems, Zoho Books, and audit processesDemonstrated ability to structure finance functions from scratch or scale them significantlyExcellent...
