You will monitor live vehicle operations, respond to remote assistance requests, and ensure every ride is completed safely and efficiently across Dubai.This is a critical frontline operations role. You will work within our remote assistance platform to support autonomous vehicles in the field, escalate issues with precision, and help build the operational knowledge base that makes our fleet smarter over time.
