That is high tech without the drama.The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery for India entities, ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.What the role offers:Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees.Coordinate payroll activities with ADP, HR, Finance, Compensation and Benefits teams.Ensure compliance with EPF, EPS, EDLI, PT, TDS and labour regulations.Manage EPFO lifecycle activities from hire to retirement.Manage end-to-end activities related to Employee Gratuity Trusts.Support year-end tax reporting and Form 16 activities.Participate in payroll transformation and system implementation projects.Support SOX, IFC, COSO and statutory audits.What you need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, HR or related discipline.8–10 years of progressive India payroll experience.Hands-on experience in EPFO administration, pension compliance and PF Trust operations.Experience with outsourced payroll models and payroll governance.ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred. One last thing:OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.Join us on our mission to drive positive change through privacy, technology, and collaboration. At OpenText, we don't just have a culture; we have character.
