WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Team Leadership & Development

- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strategic Direction & Business Partnering

- Translate organisational goals into Business Partner priorities and lead strategic business reviews with senior leadership across GTM functions
- Identify and sponsor cross-functional initiatives with material impact on revenue growth or operational efficiency
Performance Analytics & Insights
- Set the standard for how performance data is interpreted across GTM functions — moving the team beyond reporting toward proactive, insight-led decision support
- Oversee KPI frameworks, functional dashboards, and root cause analyses, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and outcomes are measurable
- Monitor leading and lagging indicators across the revenue funnel and proactively escalate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders
Enablement & Change Leadership
- Define and govern enablement standards across the Business Partner team, ensuring consistent adoption of tools, processes, and best practices
- Lead significant change management programmes including system rollouts, process redesigns, and operating model changes across GTM functions
- Champion self-sufficiency within functional teams and report on adoption metrics and change outcomes to the Senior Director of GTM Operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Act as the primary interface between Business Partnering and other RevOps pillars to ensure alignment, shared standards and influence the priorities
- Represent the Business Partnering function in GTM Operations leadership forums and contribute to data governance, process documentation, and system hygiene practices
Sales Ecosystem & Technology Stack Leadership
- Lead the Tools/Systems and Process Improvement sub-functions within the Rev Ops team, directly managing a team that includes a Salesforce Engineer, Revenue Systems Administrators, Rev Ops Specialists (Sales, Operations, and Marketing), and an Operations Analyst
- Own the health, integration, and operational excellence of the full GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms work seamlessly together and data flows reliably across systems
- Set platform standards and govern the Salesforce architecture, configuration, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving business processes and long-term scalability
- Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration including user provisioning, permission sets, configuration requests, and data quality monitoring
- Manage the broader revenue systems ecosystem — including Ringlead, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — ensuring adoption, integration health, and vendor relationships are actively maintained
- Oversee the marketing and sales technology stack — including HubSpot and adjacent tools — in partnership with Marketing Operations, ensuring consistent configuration and cross-functional data integrity
- Evaluate new tools and manage vendor relationships across the revenue tech stack, bringing recommendations to the Senior Director of GTM Operations with clear business cases
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
