Join Our Team as a Fabricator!
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal Fabricator will have experience reading blueprints, measuring materials accurately, and using a variety of fabrication tools and equipment to produce high-quality metal products. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, drill, grind, and assemble metal components to specifications.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drill presses, shears, and other shop machinery.
- Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding as needed (depending on experience and job requirements).
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with additional shop duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Fabricator or in a similar manufacturing or metal fabrication role preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
- Experience operating fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
