Skills and Competencies5–8 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of products or feature areas from discovery through launchStrong experience owning API-based or data platform products, including data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT workflowsSolid understanding of entity resolution, entity matching, or reference data management, with familiarity in OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, embeddings, and data normalizationProven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with internal stakeholders and enterprise clientsAbility to write clear and concise product documentation for both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with agile product tools such as Jira and Confluence, and strong data-driven decision-making skillsTechnical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs across data ingestion and infrastructure approachesDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
