The overall objective of this role is to act as a reliable partner to our clients by facilitating their access to Markets products.Solution Sales to Institutional Investors and Retail distribution partners across Germany and Austria.Work on the full range of cross product solutions with the objective to enhance existing and develop new relationships with clients and internal partners. The role is set up as a generalist sales role, with a particular focus on equity derivatives, quantitative investment strategies and hedging for retail structured equity products.Embedded in a European and German Markets sales organisation, this role offers the full potential of Citi’s platform.Key Responsibilities: Learn and understand the full product range of Citigroup’s Equity and Fixed Income franchiseSupport the senior sales coverage on all daily tasksActive role in acquisition and development of new client relationshipsContribute to building Citi’s franchise by covering some clients autonomouslyQuantitative and qualitative analyses of Markets, Products, Customers, CompetitorsPrepare Term-sheets, Marketing materials, and PresentationsTransaction preparation, pricing, execution and post-sales serviceAutomate processes for pricing client requests and increase efficiencyOrganise Client meetings with research, trading & structuringPERSON SPECIFICATIONExperience, skills and capabilitiesGood understanding of finance and a genuine interest in Global MarketsFirst relevant experience in markets and financial servicesMaster or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, STEM or a related subjectHigh levels of flexibility, team spirit and willingness to learnClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-pace environmentPC skills: Microsoft office suite, especially Excel, Knowledge of programming languages is an advantageFluent in English and German This site uses only strictly necessary cookies to perform basic functions.
