Toulouse AreaFull-timePosted Jul 23, 2026

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a A220 Quality Doc Release Manager (f/m) to join our Plant Quality department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing the industrialization and assembly framework for A220 engine pylons at the Saint-Éloi plant. As part of the Quality team, you will be involved in configuration reconciliations (e-BOM vs. m-BOM), attestation dossier builds, and quality compliance interfacing with Airbus Canada aiming at demonstrating product conformity and securing the first pylon release for production.

Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

How we care for you:

  • Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.

  • Work / Life Balance:  Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.

  • Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.

  • Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects  with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.

At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.    Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges:

  • Execute configuration reconciliation between "as-designed" (e-BOM) and "as-built" (m-BOM / ABCL) statuses using Airbus Canada tools (ECS).

  • Identify, justify, and resolve configuration gaps, linking active concessions and NCRs to structural part numbers (SBN).

  • Compile and validate complete delivery packages (ABCL, Certificate of Conformity, test reports, Quality Gate summaries, delivery authorization).

  • Upload verified release documentation onto the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) platform.

  • Serve as the primary quality interface toward Airbus Canada focal points for all compliance queries.

Your boarding pass:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Scientific discipline.

  • Demonstrated background in Configuration Management and Non-Conformity handling processes.

  • Solid capability to handle data; experience with Excel macro development is a plus.

  • Strong team player with proven transnational collaboration skills across cross-functional interfaces.

  • Full professional fluency in French is required, alongside an intermediate level of English.
