This role is responsible for developing executive-level customer relationships, driving long-term commercial growth, negotiating strategic partnerships, and expanding enterprise engagement across multiple markets.
As a trusted advisor to senior healthcare leaders, you will identify new growth opportunities, lead complex commercial discussions, and collaborate across regional and global teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own the commercial strategy and executive engagement for assigned international strategic accounts.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

  • Create and execute long-term account plans aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue, strengthen partnerships, and increase share of wallet.

  • Coordinate account activities across countries and business units to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Business Development & Commercial Growth

  • Drive growth through proactive customer engagement and strategic opportunity development.

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across international healthcare markets.

  • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, framework agreements, and complex commercial contracts.

  • Develop compelling value propositions that address customer priorities and healthcare transformation initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and execute long-term partnership and framework agreement strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Regional Leadership.

  • Ensure effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of customer commitments.

  • Position the organization as a strategic partner supporting long-term customer success.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with healthcare executives, procurement leaders, operational stakeholders, and clinical decision-makers.

  • Engage with multinational healthcare organizations, private healthcare groups, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary point of executive engagement for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, International Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, sales leadership, or healthcare commercial roles.

  • Proven success managing large, complex, multi-country accounts and delivering commercial growth.

  • Experience working within MedTech, healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, or healthcare services.

  • Strong experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.

  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Preferred

  • MBA or other advanced business degree.

  • Experience working with multinational healthcare providers, private healthcare networks, or healthcare investors.
