What You Can Expect

This position is responsible for supporting strategic and technical implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Data Analytics solutions within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The role will transform traditional manufacturing engineering principles into progressive technological advancements to ensure quality, efficiency and scalability. 

How You'll Create Impact

  • Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implemenations and enhancements by assisting in project planning, coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams, tracking action items, and helping execute structured go-live activities. 
  • Driver operational improvement initiatives through hands-on configuration, validation, and optimization of MES and related system integrations, automation tools, and IT/ OT solutions. 
  • Analyze system performance recommend enhancements, and implement solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and data integrity within manufacturing operations. 
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for plant-floor systems, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with system configuration, and supporting performance monitoring. 
  • Deliver user guidance and training support to operations, engineering and other teams as needed. 
  • Design develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support manufacturing performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy and governance standards while translating operational data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making. 
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of automation and digital solutions in alignment with regulatory, quality, and validation requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are sustainable and properly documented.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Working knowledge of ERP, MES, and plant floor systems within a manufacturing environment, with the abilitiy to configure, support, and optimize system functionality to meet operational needs. (Preferred applications: OpCenter, Critical Manufacturing, Rockwell Plex or similar) 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and databases (e.g. Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server); ability to write basic queries and support data validation activities. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to trounleshoot system issues under guidance. 
  • Working knowledge of system implementation concepts such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), Factory Acceptance testing (FAT), User Acceptance testing (UAT), and Site Acceptance testing (SAT). 
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics concepts, dashboards, and KPIs used to support operations and quality performance. 

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with a minimum of 1 year experience. 
  • 3+ years of previous experience with manufacturing systems, IT/ OT solutions, automation platforms, or data-driven production technologies. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across divers technical and operational teams. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SQP, data analytics, automation systems, project management fundamentals) are a plus but not required.
