Senior Sales Enablement Manager
About the Role
At NetBox Labs, we're building the future of network automation. Our products power network and infrastructure management for thousands of organizations, from fast-growing startups to global Fortune 500 enterprises.
We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale our enablement function as we accelerate growth. Reporting to Revenue Operations, this highly visible, hands-on role will partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure our go-to-market teams have the knowledge, content, tools, and training needed to execute at a high level.
As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will own onboarding, product enablement, launch readiness, and ongoing learning programs that improve seller productivity and accelerate ramp time. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning technical products, creating compelling content, translating complex concepts into clear customer value, and building scalable enablement programs from the ground up.
You'll play a critical role in helping our go-to-market teams confidently position new products, navigate technical buying cycles, and deliver a world-class customer experience as NetBox Labs continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to transform product information into practical, sales-ready enablement. Distill complex technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance that sellers can quickly understand, retain, and apply throughout the sales cycle.
Design, build, and continuously improve a scalable enablement program that delivers the right content to the right people at the right time. Leverage AI, automation, and knowledge management tools to make product knowledge easily discoverable, searchable, and continuously updated.
Operationalize product launches by working alongside Product Marketing to enable iterative product releases rather than one-time launch events. Ensure new capabilities, messaging updates, competitive insights, and sales plays are delivered incrementally so GTM teams stay current as products evolve.
Create clear, practical enablement assets including sales plays, demo guides, discovery frameworks, technical overviews, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, customer stories, certifications, and role-specific learning paths.
Design and deliver continuous enablement plans including onboarding, live training, recorded learning, certifications, office hours, and ongoing reinforcement for new products, feature enhancements, competitive updates, and evolving sales motions.
Assist in extending enablement beyond Sales to support Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partnerships, and other customer-facing teams by tailoring content and training to each audience while maintaining consistent product messaging and technical understanding.
Define and track enablement KPIs including onboarding effectiveness, ramp time, content adoption, AI utilization, certification completion, product readiness, seller confidence, and business impact. Continuously improve enablement programs through feedback from the field and measurable outcomes.
About You:
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company; startup or open-source software experience is a plus.
Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller (Account Executive, SDR, or equivalent customer-facing sales role), with a track record of personally moving deals through a technical sales cycle.
Exceptional writer, storyteller, and content creator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narratives, enablement assets, and training materials.
Proven success enabling product launches, driving adoption of new products and GTM motions, and designing engaging live and asynchronous training programs that improve seller readiness and execution.
Strong technical aptitude with experience building enablement programs for highly technical products and complex enterprise sales cycles. Familiarity with modern SaaS go-to-market models, including PLG, land-and-expand, and partner-assisted sales.
Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven enablement tooling in a live GTM environment, including AI-assisted content generation, conversation intelligence, or automated knowledge retrieval, with measurable adoption by the field.
A hands-on builder who thinks in systems and processes—you enjoy creating scalable programs from the ground up rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in seller productivity, ramp time, product adoption, and revenue outcomes.
