Role Overview

The Senior Production Manager, Marketing Partnerships leads the planning and delivery of partner activations across concerts, festivals, venues and live events. Working closely with the Partnerships Directors and Account Management team, this role ensures partner experiences are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Partnerships Directors, you will oversee production planning from concept through to post-event delivery, managing a seasonal team of freelance Production Managers, Event Managers and Bar Operations Managers. Acting as the main production contact for partners, agencies and internal stakeholders, you'll balance creative ambition with operational excellence while maintaining compliance, budgets and timelines.

What You'll Do

Partner Activation & Production

  • Lead the production planning and delivery of partner activations across venues and outdoor concert and festival sites.
  • Advise Account Managers and partners on activation feasibility, logistics and operational planning.
  • Manage the onboarding of new partnerships, establishing clear production processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure all activations are delivered in line with contractual obligations, partner objectives and event requirements.

Project Management & Planning

  • Manage production timelines, documentation, budgets, approvals and project plans.
  • Coordinate production meetings, site visits and partner communications.
  • Oversee partner Event Management Plans, Health & Safety documentation and structural approvals.
  • Manage site services including power, waste, security and other operational requirements.
  • Develop and improve production processes, systems and best practice across the department.

On-Site Delivery

  • Lead the onsite production team through build, live event delivery and breakdown.
  • Act as the primary production contact for partners, agencies, promoters, venue teams and suppliers.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining an exceptional partner experience.
  • Ensure accurate live reporting, incident logging and post-event reconciliation.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and develop a seasonal freelance production team.
  • Build strong relationships across Partnerships, Festival Republic, promoters, venues and suppliers.
  • Support partner retention by delivering world-class activation experiences and contributing to future partnership opportunities.

You'll be an experienced live events production professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing complex projects together. Highly organised and solutions-focused, you're confident managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering production for festivals, concerts, venues or large-scale live events.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and partners.
  • Knowledge of live event Health & Safety, compliance and accreditation processes.
  • Experience managing production budgets, recharges and reconciliations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing onsite teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
