Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Verification Engineering Manager to join our teams in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, California.
Our ASIC & FPGA Engineering organization is a centralized engineering capability supporting a diverse portfolio of advanced aerospace, space, and defense programs. What We Build
Our teams develop advanced digital technologies including ASICs, SoCs, FPGAs, digital processors, communications systems, sensor processing, high-speed digital interfaces, and other mission-critical electronics supporting commercial aviation, defense platforms, national security space systems, satellite payloads, autonomous aircraft, and other advanced applications.
How We Work
We believe exceptional engineers are developed through ownership, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Engineers are encouraged to take ownership beyond narrowly defined functional boundaries by identifying risks early, driving technical solutions, communicating effectively, and helping teammates succeed. Our teams bring together complementary technical strengths while providing opportunities to broaden systems understanding and develop deep expertise in selected domains.
Who Succeeds Here
Successful engineers are curious, proactive, and collaborative. They enjoy solving challenging technical problems, mentoring others, continuously improving their skills, and contributing to the success of both their teams and the broader engineering organization.
