**Summary:** The Meta Legal team is seeking a motivated, organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our Incident Response team. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, experience making well-reasoned decisions in complex or time-sensitive situations, and experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. **Required Skills:** Incident Response Team Analyst, Law Enforcement Operations Responsibilities: 1. Bring operational excellence to a team that evaluates threats, risks, and user privacy in a world centered around time-critical emergency escalations 2. Review and assess inbound emergency escalations 3. Make immediate decisions based on a variety of complex factors that will include imminence, sensitive issues and graphic content and coordinate with several internal and external partners including law enforcement to ensure user’s safety 4. Be willing and able to work with sensitive issues and potentially graphic and/or objectionable content. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content, including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio, and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potentially objectionable material, i.e., child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, and suicide content, which may be considered offensive or disturbing 5. Create and articulate responses to questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams regarding incident response policy and process 6. Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across the teams 7. Availability to work weekend days on a rotational basis or a regular schedule of either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 9. More than 3 years of relevant experience in investigative or analytical roles in either investigative or analytical roles involving time-critical escalations and real-world harm 10. Self-starter requiring minimal direction 11. Proven ability to analyze information to assess threats and risks 12. Proven ability to make important decisions independently and prioritize competing demands based on urgency, impact, and stakeholder needs, responding quickly to changing situations in complex environments without compromising quality 13. Experience communicating clearly in writing and verbally, with the ability to adapt communication style for different stakeholders such as cross-functional teams and law enforcement 14. Experience with social media, analytical tools, and online research **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 16. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 17. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 18. Experience with crisis management, government agencies or law enforcement 19. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 20. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 21.
