Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.Department OverviewThe presales teams under the The International Go To Market and Portfolio Strategy team are responsible for leading presales activities including sales support on projects and bids, quotations, demonstrations and proof of concepts, technical system design generation and ownership of sound design for the integration of ecosystem solutions.The Defense Presales for International Markets leads a hands-on team that will create, review, maintain and continually improve technical design support and successfully bring together the required resources within the organisation to produce professional, compelling and innovative proposals for our customers. We seek a results-oriented professional to spearhead successful Naval and maritime sales through expert proposal writing, deep understanding of system integration requirements, and comprehensive pre-sales support, consistently exceeding sales targets and customer expectations.Job DescriptionManages pre-sale opportunities and implementation of the identified complex projects. This comprises all stages of the projects, starting from scope definition until final close of the project, involved in the entire Network Integration process. The incumbent is responsible for the management of all aspects of technical solution, Customer requirements and expectations within the projects. Defines directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and  quality of the technical solutions. Provide engineering services for Customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment in accordance with technical requirements, documentation and contract obligations, system presentation for the internal/external customers. Directly responsible for the preparation of system bids, taking into account the customer's needs and the equipment available, as well as any modifications required in conjunction with the product group. Works with operations as well as other internal and external developers of the networking products and systems to meet customer's delivery requirements and meeting deadlines. Basic RequirementsBachelor's Degree or related experience in technical fields such as Engineering, Data Science, Wireless Networks or Project Management. Master’s is a plus.Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomesStrong written and oral communication skillsSolid understanding of the the premier mission system integrator, bringing upgraded technology to the next generation of German surface combatantsSolid understanding of wireless networks, field implementation, integrated solutions, and Naval solutions deliveryStrong decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow-through.Deals well with ambiguity and identifies systemic...
