We have full-time, part-time, and PRN MD/DO and APP positions available. Local Team Collaboration:Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 6 APPs at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center.Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is a 136-bed hospital in Southeast Washington, D.C. The Emergency Department has 32 beds dedicated to the Adult ER, with Children’s National Hospital staffing the pediatric emergency department.Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.Qualifications:Family nurse practitioner or emergency nurse practitioner, with a minimum of one (1) year of emergency medicine experience.Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS.Authorized to work in the United States.This is not a new-grad opportunityScheduling:40 hours of Physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage daily.The monthly workload for full-time positions is 120 hours, while part-time entails 80 hours per month.Key Responsibilities:The EM team responds to floor codes.
