Training will be providedDo your best to attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions as part of a collaborative work environment and to strive for quality careCommitment to DiveThru’s clinical values: providing person-centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback-informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactionsYour Skills:Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:Clinical training in evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.Excellent oral and communication skillsStrong understanding and adherence to professional ethicsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamCommitment to ongoing professional development and continuing educationRequiredExperience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults.
