Will work as a member of a team which may rotate job assignments and shifts as needed. Production Operators will work to ensure plant production is safely met utilizing the most efficient means resulting in high quality products.Key Responsibilities:Production Operators will be required to train on, operate and mechanically or systematically intervene withvarious types of low-tech and high-tech equipment including filling, labeling, packaging and palletizing equipment. The job includes preparing complete and accurate systems records, and an understanding of LEAN principles.  Operators will be required to adhere to standard process, and help to determine appropriate actions whenever direct or indirect intervention is required on equipment settings and resolution of equipment malfunctions.  Production Operators will be responsible for leading and facilitating problem solving and loss teams.   This role also requires employees to build technical capability to clean, inspect and lubricate;  identify/fix abnormalities; and perform AM (autonomous maintenance) / PM (planned maintenance) work on equipment; as well as setting centerlines.  In addition to the above Production Operators will be required to move throughout various functions within the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to all production lines, material handling/warehouse and processing.Safety is a primary responsibility for all team members.  All employees will be required...
