This role is key in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll transactions across our systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR and payroll platforms, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.What you’ll be doingEntering new employee information into Workday and Ascender accurately and on time.Processing employee job changes and terminations across payroll systems.Responding to payroll enquiries through the shared inbox in a professional and timely manner.Extracting employee payslips from Ascender ESS when required.Maintaining accurate employee records while handling confidential information with discretion.Working in line with SGS policies, procedures, safety standards and Code of Integrity.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:Previous administration experience, ideally within payroll, HR or a high-volume data entry environmentHighly organised, efficient and comfortable working with sensitive informationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders will help you succeed in this role.Apply now to take the next step in your payroll administration career with SGS.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
