We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comPRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support & EnablementPrepare and deliver customer quotations (spot quotes, RFQs, small tenders).Support sales reps with customer presentations, proposals, and materials.Manage follow-ups on quotes, leads, and opportunities.Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.Tender & Pricing CoordinationInterface with Tender Management for regional RFQs.Gather customer data for bids and ensure pricing compliance.Submit tender responses on time with complete documentation.CRM & Pipeline ManagementMaintain CRM data integrity across accounts and opportunities.Track pipeline, status updates, and ensure sales compliance.Monitor KPIs including win/loss and GP per account.Generate reports and dashboards for leadershipSales Tools, Reporting, & AnalyticsUpdate sales collateral, rate sheets, and materials.Identify growth opportunities through data insights.Cross-Functional CoordinationAlign quotations with local product (Air/Ocean).Coordinate with Finance for credit checks.Partner with Marketing for campaigns and events.Collaborate with Customer Service on service recovery issuesWhat moves you?
