We are accredited by NATA and ISO 9001, ensuring our services meet both Australian and international standards.Job DescriptionAbout the roleYou’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to deliver great hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.This role is open to applications from candidates based in WA or Brisbane, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across diverse national recruitment projects.This is a busy and varied role where you’ll:Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to onboardingWork closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelinesRun high-volume recruitment campaigns across different industriesScreen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete reference checksBuild talent pipelines and engage with external networks and communitiesSupport new starters through the onboarding processTrack recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes over timePromote inclusive hiring practices and a strong employer brandQualificationsAbout youWe’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.You’ll bring:Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or bulk recruitment environmentsAround 5 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at onceStrong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approachExperience working across different job types, industries or business unitsA strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceExperience in the resources, industrial, or technical sectors (highly desirable)Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters)Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
