Überzeugungskraft auf dem Shopfloor.Als Solution Consultant (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres Pre-Sales Teams und damit ganz nah an der entscheidenden Frage: „Passt unsere Software zu den Herausforderungen dieses Kunden, und wie integrieren wir Operations1 am besten in seine Systemlandschaft?" Du verstehst, wie Produktion wirklich funktioniert, analysierst Prozesse, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und übersetzt sie in konkrete Einsatzszenarien.💻 Deine AufgabenDiscovery, Demo & Workshops: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Executive führst du Discovery-Sessions, kundenspezifische Demos, Workshops und Guided Trials beim Kunden durch. Dabei nimmst du Anforderungen strukturiert auf, bewertest Use Cases und hilfst dabei, den richtigen Scope für eine Lösung zu definieren.Prozessmapping & Lösungsberatung: Du analysierst operative Produktionsprozesse, von der Montage und Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur Wartung und Shopfloor-Kommunikation, erkennst wo wir dem Kunden einen echten Mehrwert liefern können und entwickelst daraus konkrete Einsatzszenarien für Operations1.Technische Beratung & Integrationen: Du bewertest Integrationsszenarien auf Machbarkeit, skizzierst Architekturen und berätst zu Schnittstellen- und Prozessthemen.
