The Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector, Air Dominance Division is seeking a Program Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This leadership position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and involves travel. The Program Manager leads all phases of key Program operations, manages the day-to-day administration, logistics, and workflow of organizational projects to ensure efficiency, compliance, and goal achievement. Develops and oversees project schedules, manages data, improves operational processes, and serves as a liaison between teams and internal stakeholders. Implements and supports the daily, ongoing operations of the program to meet organizational objectives. Analyzes workflows to identify bottlenecks, driving efficiency, and implements best practices. Tracks key performance metrics, creates analytical reports, and manages data systems. Point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, and specifications of procurement contracts. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from procurement activities to administrative areas. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below: * Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions. * Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company. * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time. * Experience in Global Supply Chain Management. * Ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
