This role requires extensive hands‑on experience in RF measurements, strong software development capabilities, and the ability to architect robust test methodologies.Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of advanced bench‑level test plans for RF, mixed‑signal.- Implement automated test using C#, LabView, Python.- Perform complex RF characterization including EVM, ACLR, Gain, Noise Figure, IP3, Phase Noise, and S‑parameters.- Set up and operate RF equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.- Lead debug efforts for test failures, instrumentation issues, and RF board problems.- Develop advanced data analysis tools and automated result processing scripts.- Collaborate with RF Design, Validation, and Product Engineering teams.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.- 5+ years of hands‑on RF and bench testing experience.- Expertise on test automation.- Strong understanding of RF measurement science.- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and system‑level hardware documents.Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in RF, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.- 5+ years in RF bench testing or validation.- Experience with SCPI, VISA, and automated instrument control.- Familiarity with LTE, 5G NR, GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, WLAN, Bluetooth, and GPS standards.- Knowledge of RF PCB design basics.Physical Requirements- Ability to work at a test bench for extended periods.- Ability to lift and install lab equipment up to 5 lbs.- Ability to move between labs and offices as needed.
