This role provides critical technical, accreditation, and program support, including audit preparation, technical reviews, certification decisions (as required), and stakeholder coordination for our clients.What you’ll be doingClient documentation Review: Review and approve client documents and prepare for audits as per standard and SGS requirements.Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews of audit reports, non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analyses to ensure strict compliance with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and/or other SGS unaccredited/accredited standards.Program Coordination: Coordinate with auditors, clients, global affiliates, and internal teams to meet program timelines and KPIs.Systems Management: Maintain accurate audit documentation, databases, schedules, and SGS systems to ensure audit trails are robust and compliant.Technical Support: Serve as the subject matter expert, responding to customer and technical enquiries regarding FSSC 22000 and BRCGS standards in a timely manner.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForEducation: Degree in Food Science or a closely related scientific discipline.Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working in food manufacturing within a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or technical role. Experience conducting internal or external technical reviews is highly advantageous.Standards Expertise: Strong, practical understanding of GFSI certification environments—specifically deep working knowledge of FSSC 22000 and/or BRCGS.Training: Completed a 2-day Principles & Applications of HACCP course.
