About the role:The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a Business Partner to Neuromodulation Management and Divisional Finance teams. This person will support the FP&A monthly financial close, quarterly planning and forecasting processes, and provides monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of spend. Position reports to the Associate Director, FP&A and has high visibility to the Neuromodulation Senior Staff, as well as interaction with other regional finance groups across the organization. Your responsibilities include:Perform all aspects of the monthly financial close including generation of monthly and quarterly management reporting and variance/trend analysisSupports the annual planning process for the functional areas of responsibility including coordinating with the various functional groups to develop operating expense budgets and providing analytical support to identify key business driversAnalysis and submission of functional budgetsSupport decision-making process to enable profitable growthSupport regular and adhoc reporting and presentations to managementIdentify and drive cost saving opportunities across the SG&A functionsQuickly respond to numerous ad hoc queries from internal customers (including Senior Management)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years of relevant FP&A experienceMS Excel and PowerPoint required, financial tools (Hyperion (Oracle), SAP) preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong financial analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyPreferred Qualifications:Ability to multi-task and set priorities/execute in a high-paced organizationAbility to work in a dynamic environment, adhere to tight deadlinesTeam orientatedMust have a process improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skillsRequisition ID: 632236Minimum Salary: $75100 Maximum Salary: $142600 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
