The Role

Join our dynamic Customer Service team at Ecolab Greece as a Customer Service Agent (B2B), based at our Headquarters in Chalandri, Attica. This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity for approximately a year and a half. In this key frontline role, you will use your high energy, strong communication skills, and customer‑centric mindset to support our clients and help them gain maximum value from Ecolab’s solutions. As a team, we are committed to delivering excellent service and continuously striving to exceed our customer satisfaction goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for processing orders in SAP, managing customer inquiries, registering complaints, and supporting delivery‑related requests. On a daily basis, you will typically handle around 40 inbound calls from customers and field sales associates, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and a focus on building strong internal and external relationships.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email promptly, courteously, and in line with service-level expectations

  • Place and process customer orders accurately, monitor order progress, and proactively communicate updates or issues

  • Address customer requests and questions, providing clear information and solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Sales) and external partners (e.g., 3PL providers) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs

  • Support achievement of team KPIs and ensure compliance with all internal procedures and external audit requirements

  • Deliver reliable customer service across assigned product or customer groups, and provide backup support in other operational areas such as customer returns, equipment on loan or rental, export processes, reporting and billing

Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Service, ideally within a multinational environment

  • Hands-on experience with SAP

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

  • Experience using a multi‑line telephone system in a customer-facing role

  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels, combined with effective problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced environment, supported by strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
