This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in.Job OverviewThe QCT Advanced Diagnostics & Test (ADT) Lab is seeking a Project Analyst to work closely with the engineering team in supporting lab operations and project execution. This role involves assisting ADT projects by developing, maintaining, and managing trackers in close collaboration with the management team and engineers. The Project Analyst will be responsible for tracking the ADT lab schedule, placing orders for test hardware, parts, lab equipment, and accessories required by the engineering team, and ensuring timely receipt to support project timelines. The role requires close coordination with remote engineering and operations teams to manage the timely arrival and shipment of test hardware, parts, and other materials. In addition, the Project Analyst will partner closely with the ADT lab management team to develop and maintain operation dashboards that track key lab KPIs and overall execution health. Strong English communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with global teams across multiple regions and time zones. The candidate should be open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to support ad hoc tasks based on evolving business needs. Occasional hands-on operational support within the lab may be required, with appropriate training provided. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited toPartner closely with ADT lab management and cross‑functional teams, including Engineers, Quality, Hardware Chip PMs, Operations PMs, Planners, Buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.Leverage QCT ordering systems to place orders for hardware, parts, and accessories; track deliveries with relevant counterparts to ensure on‑time receipt and maintain accurate tracking records.Raise procurement requests and monitor purchase order releases for third‑party purchases; proactively follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.Initiate shipment requests and track inbound and outbound materials by working closely with the ADT operations team; update and maintain relevant tracker files.Communicate material pull‑ins and push‑outs, proactively highlighting schedule risks on a weekly basis to enable timely mitigation.Generate reports to track key metrics in PowerBI and prepare PowerPoint presentations as required.Attend ADT team meetings, capture meeting notes, and support action‑item tracking under the guidance of ADT management.Work closely with ADT management and Finance to monitor spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets.Assist ADT engineering and operations teams with lab setup activities and support analysis of moderately complex engineering data under engineering guidance.Maintain and continuously improve tracking mechanisms, databases, and documentation to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with ADT processes and guidelines.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently on critical, time‑sensitive, and dynamic projects.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.Strong...
