This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Manager will lead a team, providing product training and expertise in UPS specifications, and will be responsible for consultant coverage in the North Region.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in specifications and compliance.
- Prepare and review product specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, especially in the North Region, to ensure effective coverage and support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations, and incorporate them into the team's practices.
- Conduct product trainings and workshops for the team, enhancing their knowledge and skills in UPS specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and a unified approach to specifications.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our expertise and network.
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in UPS specifications and a deep understanding of the electrical and digital systems industry.
