Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.The Plant Training Specialist will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant operations. You will develop training materials, document team member engagement, and evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop training budgets, maintain a training calendar, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive training experiences for plant teams.A Day in the Life... Provide oversight and administration of the Plant training systems and procedures . Identify appropriate training solutions for employees/workgroups and develop, coordinate, and delivery of stated training. Implement and administer a comprehensive, electronic Training Administration system. Manage scheduling communications, track, monitor, and document employee participation in training activities, and maintain all training records. Design curriculum and partner with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training content and delivery strategy. Delivers classroom and OJT training to manufacturing employees as appropriate. Develop and monitor spending plan against departmental budget. Maintain training programs calendar and track fulfillment of training requirements for all plant employees.
