We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesProven hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and JavaScriptStrong understanding of core Apex concepts including triggers, governor limits, asynchronous processing, batch processing, exception handling and unit testingSolid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy and field-level securityExperience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware and external servicesStrong working knowledge of Salesforce declarative and point-and-click capabilities including flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, page layouts and automation toolsDemonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset with the ability to evaluate requirements and recommend practical solutions within the Salesforce landscapeSalesforce Platform Developer II certification preferredBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
