跳到主要内容 财务分析师/高级财务分析师 Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst 信也科技 香港特别行政区, 中国 申请 财务分析师/高级财务分析师 Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst 信也科技 香港特别行政区, 中国 1 周前 成为前 25 位申请者 查看信也科技为该职位招聘的员工 申请 保存 举报此职位 直接发消息给信也科技的职位发布者 Silvia Zhao Silvia Zhao Sr. Human Resources Expert @ FinVolution | Global Talent Acquisition, HR Solutions 岗位职责1\负责贷款业务的财务分析、经营分析及管理层报表，包括收入、资金成本、坏账、催收回款、利润率及现金流表现。2\跟踪 loan book 表现，包括放款额、余额、逾期率、NPL、vintage、roll rate、write-off、recovery 等核心指标。3\支持预算、forecast、月度经营复盘及业务部门 KPI 分析。4\分析不同产品、渠道、客群和定价策略的盈利能力，评估 risk-adjusted return。5\协助建立贷款产品的 unit economics 模型，包括获客成本、资金成本、信用损失、运营成本和净利润。6\支持 IFRS 9 / ECL、拨备、减值、审计及财务合规相关工作。7\与风控、产品、运营、催收及合规团队合作，支持业务决策和监管/董事会汇报。任职要求1\本科或以上学历，金融、会计、经济、统计、商业分析或相关专业2\3-5 年香港消费金融、持牌放债人、银行零售信贷、信用卡或 fintech lending 财务分析经验3\必须熟悉香港个人贷款/消费贷业务指标和利润结构4\熟练使用 Excel，能独立搭建财务模型；熟悉 Power BI、Tableau、SQL 者优先5\理解逾期、坏账、拨备、回收率、资金成本对贷款业务利润的影响6\具备良好的英文及中文书面能力，会粤语优先7\工作细致，商业敏感度强，能在快节奏环境下输出清晰分析结论Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial and operational analysis for lending businesses, and prepare management reports covering revenue, cost of funds, bad debts, collection recoveries, profit margins, and cash flow performance.Monitor loan book performance, tracking core metrics including disbursement volume, outstanding balance, delinquency rates, NPL, vintage, roll rate, write-offs, and recovery rates.Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly business reviews, and KPI analysis for business units.Analyze the profitability of different products, channels, customer segments, and pricing strategies, and evaluate risk-adjusted returns.Assist in building unit economics models for loan products, incorporating customer acquisition costs (CAC), cost of funds, credit losses, operational costs, and net profit.Support IFRS 9 / ECL (Expected Credit Loss), provisioning, impairment, audit, and financial compliance-related tasks.Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Product, Operations, Collections, and Compliance teams to support business decision-making and regulatory/board reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.3-5 years of financial analysis experience in Hong Kong within consumer finance, licensed money lending, bank retail credit, credit cards, or fintech lending.Strong understanding of Hong Kong personal loan/consumer credit business metrics and profit structures is a must.Advanced Excel skills with the ability to independently build financial models; proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is highly preferred.Solid understanding of how delinquency, bad debts, provisioning, recovery rates, and cost of funds impact the profitability of a lending business.Strong written English and Chinese skills; Cantonese proficiency is preferred.Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen; able to deliver clear, actionable analytical insights in a fast-paced environment.
