This role involves organizing, tracking, and communicating the status of various projects, ensuring clarity and consistency across the initiative portfolio.Initiative Management: Maintain a centralized inventory of all active and planned initiatives.Ensure initiatives are correctly labeled and categorized according to scope, priority, and impact.Update initiative status weekly, reflecting progress, blockers, and changes.Add new initiatives and relevant documentation as needed.Information GovernanceEnsure initiative records are complete, accurate, and up to date.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information or clarify project details.Support version control and historical tracking of initiative changes.Reporting & CommunicationPrepare weekly summaries and dashboards for leadership review.Highlight key updates, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.Assist in preparing materials for cross-functional meetings and reviews.Process SupportIdentify opportunities to improve initiative tracking and reporting workflows.Support the Director in identifying and implementing process enhancements across...
