Speech Language Pathologist (Part Time) - PACE
This is a part time (32 hours/week) position supporting our Tanasbourne site which services Washington county.
This position is responsible for Speech-Language Pathology(SLP) evaluations and implementation of the Speech Therapy plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The Speech-Language Pathologist works with the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible to communicate and coordinate with the IDT as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. The SLP functions independently and may see participants in multiple settings including the PACE center, participant homes, Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and nursing homes.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree From an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program.
- Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year Experience working as an SLP in a geriatric setting
