We’re changing it with AI and a product that’s fast, simple, and scalable.We’ve closed one of the largest pre-seed rounds in Italy and we’re moving fast: if you want to write code that ends up in the hands of the people building our cities, you’re in the right place.Who we’re looking for: UX/UI Designer4+ years of experience and a portfolio (or track record) that shows your ability to handle product design end-to-end.Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping.Experience working with complex, scalable Design Systems—you know how to expand and maintain them.Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.Clear and effective communication skills—you can align and influence stakeholders across different teams.Proactive problem solver who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision.Proficient englishBonus pointsFamiliarity with Next.js/React and the shadcn/ui library—you can speak the frontend developers’ languageExperience with motion design and micro-interactionsFamiliarity with financial concepts (invoices, payments, VAT, withholdings, etc.), or prior experience in fintech or similar productsItalian speakerHow we workAgile: The team is split into squads, each responsible for its own domain.
