We'd love to talk if you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and connects you with a vibrant community.Local Team Collaboration:Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 16 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.Work alongside our diverse, cohesive team, driven by a shared mission to support one another genuinely.Runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.Authorization to work in the United States.New residents are welcome to apply.Scheduling:Work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off rotation, providing a balanced schedule for professional and personal commitments.Physicians will supervise CRNAs and sit their own cases, ensuring continuity and high-quality patient care.Physicians will usually be out of the OR by 3:30 every day.Back-up call to the CRNAs; a call back is very rare.Key Responsibilities:Manage level III trauma patients, OB/GYN, minor vascular, neuro, orthopedic, and general.Living and Working in LaredoLaredo isn’t just where we work—it’s where we embrace the warmth of the Texas border and the region's rich cultural heritage.
