This role combines data analysis, process optimization, AI tools, cross-functional collaboration, and automation. You’ll work on reducing manual workload, improving catalog quality, and developing practical solutions that can be scaled across partners and countries.What you’ll be responsible for:Data Analysis & Business Support — 80%Analyze catalog and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesSupport campaigns and business decisions through data analysisTranslate data into clear and actionable insightsMonitor catalog quality and identify operational gapsSupport teams with relevant reporting, tools, and dataHelp standardize catalog processes across partners and countriesCatalog Ownership & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Category Manager to align and improve catalog structuresTake full responsibility for couple of verticalsSupport campaigns and events with the required visuals, catalog materials, and operational setupCollaborate with Tech teams on the implementation of new solutionsSupport operational teams with practical tools, data, and process improvementsAutomation & AI Tool Development — 20% Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive and manual catalog workDevelop and maintain automation solutions for catalog operationsUse AI tools to improve processes such as product categorization, content creation, image processing, and catalog quality checksBuild solutions for product variant detection and creationAutomate repetitive workflows, including bulk image processing and catalog updatesTest and implement new AI-powered tools that can improve operational efficiencyDevelop solutions that can be reused and scaled across multiple countriesExpected impact:Reduce manual catalog workload through automation and AI-enabled toolsImprove categorization accuracy and consistencyStandardize catalog processes across partners and countriesDecrease the time required to onboard partners and update inventoriesDeliver scalable solutions usable across multiple marketsImprove catalog quality and operational efficiencyStrengthen data-driven decision-making across the organizationQualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence working with large datasets and operational processesAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge; SQL experience is highly valuedPractical experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code and low-code solutionsInterest in process optimization and emerging technologiesAbility to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutionsStrong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, operations, technology, and AI tools to create measurable business impact. 📩 Interested?
