This is a high-impact role where your ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder situations translates into measurable outcomes for clients and the business.
# Responsibilities

* Lead the timely completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and other regulatory requirements, collaborating with Relationship Managers and product partners to meet compliance deadlines.
* Support client onboarding for new relationships and subsidiaries, coordinating credit set-ups and ensuring all initial documentation is completed accurately.
* Coordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi's global network, partnering with credit administration to keep all credit documentation — including FX, derivatives, loans, and letters of credit — current and accurate.
* Engage with product partners and global coverage teams to identify revenue opportunities and match relevant products to client needs.
* Monitor credit line usage and participate in annual client reviews alongside Independent Risk teams to maintain a clear and up-to-date view of client risk exposure.
* Maintain accurate client legal and marketing hierarchies, and ensure periodic client support discussions are documented to the required standard.
* Apply sound judgement when assessing business decisions, upholding regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and transparent reporting of any control issues.
# Required Qualifications & Skills
* 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, banking, or a related financial services function.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive priorities across cross-functional and global teams.
* Working knowledge of KYC, credit documentation, and regulatory compliance processes within a banking environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and act on dynamic information from multiple sources to support sound business decisions.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal partners.
* Bachelor's degree or university-level qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
