You’ll use a combination of skills in creative content development, digital marketing technologies, and project management to design, deliver, and optimize candidate-facing experiences that bring SCJ careers to life and elevate our reputation as an employer.You’ll manage defined employer brand channels and capabilities, contribute to global strategy, and build expertise for future growth within Employer Brand. This role reports to the Global Employer Brand Manager and is part of a Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise team based at SCJ’s global headquarters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, edit and curate content for key digital channels (careers website, social media, email marketing, etc.), owning execution and performance for assigned channels/campaigns that promote career differentiators and showcase what makes SCJ a unique and rewarding place to grow a careerCreate and evolve recruitment marketing assets (social media graphics, collateral, toolkits, templates, etc.) that align with global standards and enable local relevanceContribute to the development and management of an annual content calendar, owning execution of key content themes and campaigns across channelsLead cross-functional project teams designed to collect global employer-brand content, driving projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and performance optimizationCollaborate with and advise internal teams (Global Communications, HR, Functional teams, etc.) on employer brand best...
