Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our DARC program in Exmouth, Western Australia.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to step into a critical role supporting nationally significant Defence infrastructure while enjoying one of Australia's most spectacular coastal locations.
Working 7 days on, 7 days off roster, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, power generation systems and site facilities.

You'll be responsible for:
* Leading and mentoring a team of approximately 10 technical personnel
* Ensuring the ongoing operation and maintenance of critical facilities and equipment
* Overseeing maintenance activities, servicing and fault-finding
* Managing contractors, suppliers and service providers
* Coordinating shift activities and maintenance priorities
* Driving a strong safety culture and risk management processes
* Working closely with Defence and key internal stakeholders
* Supporting site operations in a remote and highly technical environment

About You
To be successful you'll ideally have:
* Technical qualification or equivalent industry experience
* Experience working in facilities operations and maintenance
* Hands-on experience maintaining diesel power generators is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of diesel power generation and electrical systems
* Team leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability
* Current NV1 Security Clearance or higher OR the ability to obtain and maintain one.
