This position includes, but is not limited to, the following: Perform regular safety inspections for facilities, equipment, and Logistics operations Support Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA) compliance and safety governance Manage contractor safety and logistics-related risk controls Support safe operation of material handling equipment and related processes Develop and conduct EHS training programs for employees and contractors Support safety awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities Audits & Continuous Improvement Support continuous improvement initiatives and special EHS projects Ensure compliance with Korea OSH Act, KOSHA standards and internal policies Maintain LMK EHS management systems and support ISO 45001 requirements Liaise with government agencies and support regulatory inspections and audits Bachelor's degree in industrial safety engineering, occupational safety engineering or related field Certified Industrial Safety Engineer (required) 8-12 years of experience in EHS or safety management Experience in Logistics / manufacturing safety management Knowledge of Korean EHS regulations and KOSHA requirements ISO 45001 experience and/or auditor qualification Industrial Hygiene Engineer or Air Pollution Control Engineer Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance management Ability to implement safety programs and achieve measurable results Strong communication skills (Korean & English preferred) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and agility in a fast-paced work environment
