- Prepare management and external reporting submissions, including supporting schedules within BFC.
- Partner with the EMEA finance team to resolve reporting queries and ensure the accuracy of submissions.
- Produce and submit monthly financial commentaries to EMEA stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and year-end reporting packs in line with Group reporting requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Business Support
- Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies, financial controls and SOX requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls and drive efficiencies across the finance function.
- Act as a key contact for Finance Plus, managing ad hoc queries and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Support a range of finance and business improvement initiatives, including project work and other ad hoc activities as directed by the Financial Controller and Finance Leadership Team.
This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, controls, audit and business partnering, providing an excellent opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, global organisation.
What you'll need:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to build relationships across a range of teams and seniority levels.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and positive approach, with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable
