Grants and Contracts Administrator
The Grants and Contracts Administrator analyzes essential trials documents and collaborates with clinical teams to develop and negotiate comprehensive budgets that cover institutional research costs. They work with pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), and external vendors to negotiate study specific budgets, contract payment terms, master agreements, master fee schedules, and vendor service agreements. Training of lower level Grants and Contracts Administrators.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field from college or university, or 4 years of relevant working experience
- 3 years closely related experience in healthcare, research finance, budget negotiation on pharmaceutical sponsored industry research and experience with trials and clinical trial agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in research finance, budget negotiation on sponsored trials, clinical trial agreements, healthcare administration.
