You will own the day-to-day delivery cadence for your engineering team - translating validated product direction into clear, actionable work for your squad. Your ability to break down complex requirements, communicate precisely with engineers, and keep delivery on track will be central to our ability to ship high-quality features at pace.Key Responsibilities:1. Backlog Ownership & ExecutionOwn and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog for the Case & Notifications teams, ensuring stories are always ready for the next sprint.Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case definitions that give engineers everything they need to build with confidence.Partner with engineering leads to sequence work in a way that manages dependencies, reduces risk, and maximises delivery throughput.Track sprint-level commitments, flag blockers early, and drive resolution so that sprint goals are consistently met.2. Requirements Translation & RefinementReceive prioritized product direction from Product Management and translate it into granular, implementation-ready requirements.Facilitate regular refinement sessions with engineers to surface technical questions and close ambiguity before work begins.Maintain traceability between high-level product goals and individual tickets so the team always understands the "why" behind each piece of work.Document decisions, assumptions, and out-of-scope items to prevent scope creep and reduce rework.3.
