You'll build and maintain the data tracking, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics foundations that enable our product team to make data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact technical role for someone who thrives building robust analytics systems and can execute with minimal oversight in a startup environment.Main ResponsibilitiesOwn product analytics infrastructure end-to-end; building and maintaining the data tracking, data pipelines, dashboards, and self-serve reporting that power product insightsDesign and implement data tracking strategy in partnership with Product, Marketing and Engineering teamsBuild and maintain reliable data pipelines and models that power product analytics dashboards and insightsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports that give fast, actionable visibility into user behavior, feature adoption, and product performanceWork hands-on with engineers to implement data tracking, close instrumentation gaps, and ensure accurate, timely dateTroubleshoot data quality issues and maintain high standards for analytics accuracy and reliabilityPartner with product teams to translate business questions into data requirements and deliver insightsCore RequirementsProven senior-level experience building and maintaining product analytics infrastructure in a startup or scale-up environmentStrong track record designing data tracking strategies and partnering with engineers on instrumentationWide analytics experience (product,...
