Key Responsibilities
- Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure for data centre cooling infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and liquid cooling solutions.
- Coordinate internal teams, specialist vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, ensure technical feasibility and maintain strong working relationships.
- Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, engineering or related industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data centre cooling infrastructure.
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs, liquid cooling technologies and integrated thermal management systems.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in fast-paced construction environments.
- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project reporting.
- Experience with commissioning, testing and operational handover activities is highly desirable.
- Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced)
