The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

Develop and implement region specific HR strategies aligned with Company's objectives

Build strong partnerships with Department Heads and Team Leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities

Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
-
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Support training and development activities

Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance

Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality

Address ad hoc requests from colleagues on HR matters
Main requirements:

BA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant degree

5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar strategic HR role

Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations
-
Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and insights

High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion
