Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AMHourly Rate: $20.63 an hour + $1.50 shift differentialReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work on-site in Darien, Wisconsin at one of Conagra Brands' largest manufacturing facilities with more than 800 employees. You will ensure the accurate filling, sealing, and packaging of products while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. You will operate filling line equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play an essential role in the performance of the production line.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesRead and follow production schedule instructions accurately.Set up, operate, adjust, and repair filling line equipment including feeds, scales, automatic fillers, film, film placement, back seals, end seals, weight settings, production codes, metal detectors, and checkweighers to meet requirements and specifications.Monitor and verify proper setup of the vegetable mix system, case erector, conveyors, case coder, automatic casers or hand casers, case taper, and palletizer; request or provide assistance as needed.Monitor and adjust line functions to ensure packaging units meet or exceed production and quality standards.Maintain machine efficiency by minimizing downtime and reducing product or material loss.Coordinate and operate the production line during startup, production, changeovers, and shutdown.Provide direction to line workers on proper line operations.Maintain adequate levels of packaging materials, ingredients, products, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.Stop production and report serious deviations from specifications or equipment malfunctions.Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.Complete production records including Darview entries, scanner testing results, roll change reports, and other required documentation.Tear down and prepare equipment for...
