You will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering across the Central Cluster Country Group. Reporting directly to the CFO, Central Cluster Country Group, this position offers significant exposure to both local and regional stakeholders and requires strong collaboration across multiple functions. Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Commercial Support Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for the Sales organization, supporting short-term business activations and commercial initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and drive profitable growth. Partner closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to evaluate customer investments and promotional activities. Analyze trade spending plans and identify opportunities to improve net pricing, optimize investments, and reduce trade spending inefficiencies. Translate financial plans and budgets into realistic customer-level performance targets. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual...
