This role is ideal for someone who is confident in building campaigns, analysing performance, continuously experimenting and iterating, and collaborating across functions. You will be a key player in setting up exciting journeys and scaling our growth efforts in CRM.What you’ll be doingLead Conversion & Nurturing: Build and optimize journeys for newsletter signups, funnel abandoners, and returning leads. Use persona, behavioral, and source data to build segmented and personalised workflows. Collaborate across teams to tailor messaging to the user’s persona and journey stage.Addressable Base Growth: Own all opt-in touchpoints, including newsletter pop-ups and onsite forms, and lead experimentation to improve performance. Track and improve double opt-in (DOI) rate and consent quality. Ensure opt-in tracking is consistent and compliant across platforms.Strategic Partnerships & Campaigns: Drive CRM execution for key partnerships, brand launches, and other strategic initiatives....
